Easy to install and excellent mechanical behaviour :
	Thanks to its good flexibility (can be bend by hands) and to its geometrical stability (aluminium allows pipe to keep shape obtained after bending), it can be installed easily. Its radius can reach from 2,5 to 5 times pipe diameter without problems.
Impermeability to oxygen and to U.V. rays :
	Aluminium foil is an excellent blocking against oxygen, water vapour (or other gas) and U.V. rays. That’s why corrosive phenomenon can’t be noted on this kind of pipes.
Low thermical expansion:
	It doesn’t have more thermical expansion than metallic pipe.
Resistant to internal and external corrosion :
	The internal PE-X layer can’t be attacked by corrosion and incrustation. Limestone can’t hang on surface that doesn’t corrode. PE-X is specially resistant to abrasion.
Internal surface fluidity:
	Internal layer presents very smooth surface (roughness=0,007 mm) and prevents rust and limestone formation. Losts of charges are then very low and don’t increase with time.
Hygiene:
	Materials used in pipes production and fittings aren’t toxic and can be used to transport drinkable water, alimentary fluids and natural gas according to international standards.
Security and solidity through the time:
	Aluminium foil allows pipe to resist to a temperature of 95°C at 10 bars in ordinary use and to a temperature of 110°C for a short time. IPALPEX has a 50 years guarantee.
Sonorous isolation:
	IPALPEX sonorous characteristics are excellent. The internal and external PE-X layers reduce considerably noise presence and propagation, those which can be noted in metallic pipes because of water vibration and flows.
Low thermic conductibility:
	We can note a warmth dispersion 800 to 900 times lower than with metallic pipes (approximately 0,43 w/m.k)
Low weight:
	Individual weigh of different components is particularly low. For example, a roll of 100 ml of pipe 16x2 mm weights approximately 11 kg (with its packaging).
Flammability:
	IPALPEX pipe is not easily flammable thanks to its internal metallic structure.
